We loved, loved, loved the nightly routine of Benson giving us all big slobbery kisses before he went to bed. Even all his uncles thought it was great! The holidays were the best with Benson, Bret and BreeAnn around all month. Having someone to shop with eased all my stress of finding the "right" gift for everyone. Thanks!!
It was a very sad day when I had to take them to the airport to fly home on January 4th. They had so much stuff, 2 large suitcases, 2 carry on bags, car seat, stroller, diaper bag, backpack and other small items that when we unloaded at the curb they had a hard time maneuvering all of it and left Benson with me while they took it all in. I was very tempted to just jump back in the car and keep Benson. If they hadn't have taken the carseat we might have done it. It was great to have a happy, fun, busy baby around the house. Benson brings a smile to everyone. We are counting the days until they move back home - August HURRY! Read about their crazy, long day at the airport over on BreeAnn's blog.
