This past weekend we had fun with the Beck's as well as Chanda and Jaxson (Jory's two sisters and their family). We were going to head up American Fork canyon but with the weather threatening we decided to meet at Beck's in Saratoga Springs and ride up into the hills from their house. We found a great spot over looking Utah Lake and enjoyed a warm fire, good food and fun. Up from their house is where the fire burned in the summer and then the floods came. It was interesting to see how the water had torn out the hillside to make a river right to the houses below. So sad!
I didn't get a picture of Mac on his motorcycle, but the funniest part of the day was when Mac came riding into camp and said he found a bunny rabbit. He couldn't get his Dad excited enough to go with him to chase it so he decided to do the next best thing. Mac left camp for a little while and then pretty soon we could hear the motorcycle zooming back our way. I looked up on the hill to see Mac tearing across with a poor bunny rabbit running for all it was worth in front of him. Mac brought the entertainment to us.
This is Beck's dog. Her name is June and she is the best. She never barks and is very loving. If she didn't ever poop I think I would keep her!
