The boys all came into town after New Year's and wanted to go shooting with Nathan Hunt. Nate has plenty of awesome guns and is a good sport to share. Dad pulled out all the twenty-two's and bb guns. We seemed to have enough for everyone. The funny part was having Cody throw the little discs into the air to shoot. They wouldn't come out of the holder and he wacked poor Nathan right in the head. We went shooting out past Saratoga Springs. We enjoyed viewing the scenery and wildlife on the ride out there. Right at the major intersection there was a huge herd of antelope bedded down in the field. Further on we saw two bald eagles in a tree. It was a fun day.
May I remind all my boys that guns are STUPID!! They are very expensive to have and to shoot. Maybe one day when you are rich you can buy one. Until then, let's just stay really good friends with Nate! Love you all!

That last paragraph is awesome! I keep telling Blake the same thing. He wants to save his money and buy a gun, and I keep reminding him he's too young and that can wait until after his mission. What is up with boys and guns?
