Well we started out planning to go spend the day at Lava Hot Springs, but the weather did not cooperate. Instead we told the kids to stay put in Logan and we would join them there. Devan took us to Old Main Hill to sled. Now we were planning on swimming for the day so we didn't have any gear. Devan assured us and he was right that we wouldn't need any sleds. It was one big ice sheet. It was hard to just get up the hill without falling - unfortunately BreeAnn took one BIG fall. She has a horrible bruise on her hip from the fall. We took some plastic bags and off we went down the hill. The boys were helping me get ready to go down telling me the whole time I wouldn't go very fast. Well I knew they were LYING because I had watched all of them speed by me. It actually turned out to be a fun ride down. After sledding we went to Cody's gym for racquetball, basketball, swimming and hot tubing. Even though we were worn out we played a game of "Ticket to Ride" our new favorite and then headed to Chili's for a fabulous dinner. It is ALWAYS fun to be together as family! We are truly blessed with our freedoms, health and prosperity.
It had to be fun even Bret was smiling. We all know that does not happen very much. I had a blast too you should come up and do it again.

Old Main is a classic!
Well it was a good time. Its nice when you guys come up and get us all out and doing something. I also love the quotes on the side. Nothing we didn't already know but a great reminder to get it done.
